100 days of real food

Here is a link to a website of a woman who has 100 steps to eating more natural and healthy foods. Dont discount it because I preach all natural. Her ideas can be helpful even just trying to cut out sugar and junk. She also is a proponent of buying local which is hard yes, but it's better for our community, bodies and overall economy.
